Passion Driven Prosperity
What Drives My Passion?
As a child, I was always fascinated with reading books and writing short stories. I enjoyed slipping away to the places inside of the stories I read. In those places, I found my "Happy Place" and moments I could savor, because they were filled with so much peace and tranquility.
In school, I looked forward to the reading assignments that would give me the opportunity to place myself in the story and experience the emotions of the characters.
I was given many assignments to create short stories. These experiences helped me identify and connect with certain situations that surrounded me.
As I grew older that passion continued to burn to enable me to gain boldness to confront issues through my writing. Through my community involvements, I listened to the concerns of people and felt the pain and desperation which gave me the drive to reach their dilemma and find solutions to their circumstances.
Many solutions came forth and people's lives began to change. There is a comforting joy in seeing transformations taking place in the lives of people whose backs were up against the wall and losing hope, by the minute. Having the answers to solve problems and seeing people smile again is electric.
Compassion goes a long way in life. It is a powerful gift that we should all practice. As you are moved with compassion walls of discouragement, hopelessness, depression, stress, lack of peace and a myriad of other discomforting things are broken.
I believe that we all have something to offer to others in order to build them up. Find your passion and allow yourself to come alive creating a movement of momentum that will bring about a change.
Passion wrapped in compassion is stronger than TNT. It has enough power to annihilate whatever is hindering and causing problems to someone who is trying to break out of discouragement and disappointment.
I feel the electricity flowing through my body as I write, speak and create products for the people who need my services. Everything I create has those countless faces in mind as I give them the solutions to be the best that they can be.
Be unapologetically you. Serve others with passion and compassion. The rewards are great. You not only experience the joy but it is the fuel that propels you to the next level. ~Gertrude J Chapman
